Jeff helped my wife and i with every step along the way including many showings, connecting us with a home inspector and lawyer. Jeff was very professional, reliable and very attentive with us, he also gave us very good advice on how to proceed which was very comforting as first time home buyers. I would highly recommend working with Jeff as he is very professional and made our experience as smooth as possible.

(March 5, 2020, 4:42 pm)Jeff was recommended by dear friends of mine. He had found a property for a relative of theirs which was perfect and quite timely. That was enough for me to use Jeff's services... and he delivered, big time.
We discussed location, price point and other things that were important for me to be comfortable. I had a clear vision of what i wanted and once he saw my vision it was pretty much a vetting game.
Jeff sends late night emails of property listings for you to peruse at your convenience and I just made note of the ones that I wanted to see. I had already been doing something similar on my own but he gave me tips and insight that made the vetting process more informed.
I recall him saying that sometimes these things take a long time, sometimes it's quite fast, but I would know because I would feel it right away. He was right. On only our second outing to view properties we came across one that "ticked all the boxes" on my wish list and I knew right away that I wanted it. From there it took little to no time to seal the deal and I couldn't be happier with how this all transpired.
I told my family of my experience and all of them commented that there was "no Red Flags" that they could see and were very happy for me.
This whole experience has been so positive, professional and comfortable. I thank Jeff for that because I felt he had my best interest at the forefront. This wasn't just a transaction for him as I believe he invests himself in his clients personal satisfaction.
As a first time homebuyer, I felt Jeff stepped me through the process and was always on top of everything with great attention to detail. It was virtually stress free, informed and actually fun.
Jeff completely delivered for me and I highly recommend his services.
