We were pleased with the overall professionalism of Jeff and his team throughout the process from concept to installation. Jeff was patient with us as we went through the design process, made suggestions and delivered as anticipated. Chrome Mechanical was meticulous with canvas drop sheets and in cleanup and left our home in good order. My husband enjoys the versatility of the fireplace remote, and Jeff was patient with us as we waffled in our decision making around the new technology. Thank you, Jeff. Sharon and Tony

(August 27, 2021, 2:46 pm)Jeff is full of expertise in the area of HVAC. He is trustworthy, friendly and very professional. He was able to help us connect our gas stove. He was even honest with us as we bought a new home since we thought we had to spend $$$$ to replace the a/c unit that came with it. However, he got it up and running and we have had a nice cool home for this hot summer! An expense we didn't end up having to worry about in the end!

(May 26, 2021, 1:19 pm)Jeff has been handling my many HVAC needs for years . My most recent need was a gas fireplace insert which he handled professionally covering every detail . He has installed and maintained my AC unit .
Check this out ! I moved into my new house that has older AC and Heating unit . I called Jeff and thought both might need to replaced . After a thorough inspection he told me " If it isn't broken don't change it "
Tune-ups were all that was needed .
