(July 20, 2018, 1:41 pm)The number and quality of teas is impressive. I have visited the store twice in the past year. The first time, I found the staff member helpful in guiding me to several teas that my family would enjoy. Unfortunately, this past time, I found a different staff member there and her manner was cold and aloof. It was not a pleasant experience and I was anxious to leave the store. I picked a couple of teas but no where near what I had planned to buy. My friend, who was with me visiting the store for the first time, stated that she would not return. I will probably return but service is important to me and this has definitely dampened my enthusiasm.
