She helped us understand not only the mortgage side of buying a home but so many other aspects as well! I have worked with many mortgage agents in the past and I'm always left in the dark, there's never an update and or there is little to no communication what so ever. It is the EXACT apposite with Melissa, she keeps you in the loop EVERY step of the way! Which is important when you're submitting an offer and you are able to vouch for your clients. If you're an agent looking for that "above and beyond" mortgage agent. She is the one.

As a parent of a single young daughter purchasing her own home, I can say that truly Melissa is a wonderful teacher. She is kind, she is patient, she is available over and above to answer all questions and never once making us feel like we were wasting her time or asking "stupid" questions. Really appreciate her efficiency and her ability to explain everything so it was understandable to a first-time home owner. We would highly recommend her as a mortgage teacher as she makes you her priority at all times, ensuring the very best mortgage available.
