Ren is an amazing practitioner. I recently had 2 reflexology sessions with her and she is incredibly skilled. You can tell she's passionate about her work. I highly recommend to all my Ottawa people.

I recently had an Indian Head massage for the first time and Ren did an amazing job! She talked me through the process while also keeping me extremely relaxed. She also did reflexology for both my children and they loved it too! They keep asking to go back to Ren for more 🥰
