I was visiting Shelburne for 5 weeks and had such a great experience working out with the Sou’Wester community. The awesome coaches were attentive and supportive, and I immediately felt like part of the gym community despite being new to the area! Thank you so much!!!
Can't say enough good things about this gym and its people. Started CrossFit here while working on South Shore. The coaches are excellent, and have a genuine concern for your technique, form, and effort in the gym. They go out of their way consistently to coach. The team made me feel welcome and cared for even though I had never done CrossFit.
The community in the gym is also fantastic - everyone is supportive no matter your fitness level. The coaches and fellow gym members know you by name. I also thought the programming was very well thought-out.

I have got to say that sou’wester Athletics is one of the best parts of my day! It has changed me physically and mentally. The atmosphere is positive and very welcoming. I have met so many people along my journey here. It’s amazing!!

The atmosphere is uplifting, everyone cheers everyone else on, coaches are very knowledgeable and eager to help you in any way. We may be a small community but this place has brought many together to live a more healthier lifestyle.
I highly recommend trying it out, many can find it intimidating but once your through that door you are treated like family ❤️
