(March 5, 2023, 1:31 pm)First, I have to say the best part of our visit to blue lobster was the staff. They all work together to make sure their guests get the best service and experience. We had 4 different servers at our table and they were all incredible. Knowledgeable, prompt, funny and accommodating.
The tuna tartare was perfectly done, the mussels are the best mussels I’ve had in a restaurant in Nova Scotia. And the spicy margarita that isn’t on the menu which they happily whipped up for us was amazing. If you like spice they will gladly accommodate you.
They also recommended backstage brewery and their ghost pepper beer. It was so nice to see them promote another local company. So after we left we went and tried a flight, solid recommendation. -

(January 29, 2023, 10:12 pm)It was a very busy evening when we got there . It was about 15 mins until we got a table so we sat on one of their sofas until then . Seafood chowder was very good and burger my wife had was also delicious. Service was ok . I would definitely recommend it to anyone

(May 8, 2022, 5:59 am)The atmosphere is super chill, the wait staff is very attentive and friendly. We stopped in for our first time on a Saturday night; the place was packed and the music was live and wonderful! We ordered some food and it was fast, hot and delicious. We stayed and had a few drinks and listened to the music and just enjoyed the space. Great spot and we will be back!

The staff is super friendly and very accommodating, (we found the music a little loud to have supper conversation over, and they were very quick to turn it down for us- ...yes we still talk on supper dates) and the food has always been superb. Not sure of a drink, just ask for cocktail recommendations, we have yet to be disappointed.
