(May 9, 2022, 6:43 pm)Nice variety decently priced very helpful staff. Lots of variety of stock weather be guitars video games electronics collectables. Payment programs available. I haven't sold them anything so can't comment on value for items sold to them. Overall decent second hand shop with multiple services available. The staff in the New Glasgow and Turo locations are excellent in my experience.

(November 5, 2021, 2:58 pm)Staff was amazing. Went in to get a gaming system and they were able to help me purchase a system that would do what I needed it to do. They didn’t push a bigger ticket item when they could have, and I would have followed. As I result I ended up spending more then I first intended to. Customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond. Will recommend to others and already looking forward to going back.
