I lost all steering in the multi-level car parking, and I called "J-Nails Car Towings Co" and told them to take out my car from that multi-level parking as the parking was low roof line and it needs proper assistance. A small truck arrived and that guy with great effort managed to get my car out of that parking and load it on the truck and get me and my car safely at home. All kudos to him as it was Saturday afternoon with a 38 degrees temperature, and he did it with great calmness and was friendly as well.
