(March 19, 2019, 5:26 am)Jim DeCoste at Dominion Lending Centres is the reason we are in a house today. He worked hard to get us the best rate and made the process so simple. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were clueless about where to start, but Jim has the knowledge and connections to get the job done. With the amount of money involved we never felt intimidated or out of the loop from the time we walked into his office until we were settled in our new home. Skip the banks, go straight to Dominion Lending Centres, and start picking out paint colors because we had our mortgage sooner than we ever thought possible.

Thanks to Jim for meeting with us twice to explain things, ensuring we understood the process and making us feel welcome to contact him.
Overall I would reccomend talking to Jim, he is very accomidating, professional, and fast to respond.

I will direct anyone I know to him for any of those things, and I will always go back to see him if I need any more. I can't recommend him highly enough.
