Eric is a true professional with extensive knowledge of the province and the housing market here, which was of tremendous help to me being relatively new to Nova Scotia. I especially appreciated Eric's attention to understanding my needs and his tireless actions toward finding the right fit for me. I never felt pressured in any way to accept something that wasn't right for me as Eric went the extra distance (miles and miles of distance!) to build my trust. He made the experience way less stressful than we thought it would be. He was able to get quality people last minute for tests and inspections, never hesitated to answer our many questions and completed our final inspection as we weren’t able to be there. He truly has supported us every step of the way. We highly recommend Eric!
