(February 6, 2021, 6:49 pm)I hired Moose to negotiate a mortgage for myself and my boyfriend. He was always available whenever we had our numerous questions. (I don’t think the man sleeps.) He helped get us the best rate possible. Even before we were ready to buy, he sat down with us and helped us figure out what we could afford. He makes getting a mortgage very simple by communicating clearly each step thru the mortgage process. He is very approachable and has a fantastic personality.

He updated me with the changing interest rates and i always felt like I could contact him with any queries i had. I'm more than happy with the service and the mortgage and i would highly recommend Moose Mortgages.

Being relatively newly self-employed presented challenges when I had initially spoken directly to the bank, but once Mustapha was onboard, everything went smoothly and quickly. Plus, his laid-back, confident attitude helped calm me down when I started to stress out, which was much appreciated! If I ever decide to buy another property, I'll definitely be going to him again.
