You feel like you are truly the focus when you are there for your appointment despite other patients coming and going. You feel cared for and never leave with concerns or questions. (February 15, 2023, 5:32 pm)Such a warm and welcoming environment for eye exams and choosing glasses. The doctor was so thorough during the exam. I really appreciate that staff are honest with frame selection and helping you make choices, they're wonderful at making suggestions for glasses too. The vast majority of frames are priced at a very reasonable price point as well. Great all-around experience!

If they don't have the answer (pertaining to products sold there), they will attempt to obtain it. There's no forced sales of their products available in store, you are asked to have alook but no commitment required. Any future visual requirements, within their scope, I will be scheduling. Thank you to all ! -

The staff are all welcoming and professional, and took the time to explain out their tests and results. Prices for frames and glasses are very reasonable and they offer a lot of options for interesting frames. Very pleased and HIGHLY recommend Valley Family Optometry.
