We were new to the province and she went out of her way to introduce us to our new home province, and all the amazing little towns along the way. If we ever need to buy a new home Trish will be the only person we call.

I trusted her wholly and fully to help get us in an affordable space that was perfect for us that checked off all our boxes, and she nailed it! When I first started house hunting, I was looking for a home that would be suitable for a five year turn around to sell and make enough profit to have a down payment for a "better" home... Can you guess what happened? She found me my FOREVER home! She didn't let me settle on something I wasn't 100% sure of. She ticked off all my boxes and she negotiated a great price for us. The experience as a whole was spectacular. I felt like I was her only client, even though I knew she was juggling several of us at the time. You will not find anyone who is more invested in finding you your perfect home. Trust in Trish, you will not be disappointed!
