I live in Edmonton, AB . . . my 90 yr old mother lives alone in Greenwood, NS and I had to sort out some family financial matters. Living so far away and with COVID, this is not an easy task. I tried dealing with another bank, after 2 calls and going no where, I reached out to Paulette. Everything went so smooth, she was available for questions I had and she was very prompt in emailing and calling me to sort things out. Such a relief for my mom and I, customer service was above and beyond. Thank you so much Paulette . . .
