(September 4, 2019, 11:48 am)The Walton Lighthouse offers incredible views and a great primer on the history of the area and it's inhabitants. You can climb to the top of the lighthouse for a larger view. There is also a small gift shop on the location as of late 2019.

(August 2, 2019, 2:25 am)One of the few lighthouses I know of that lets you go all the way up to the top of it. Restrooms are very clean and a cute little gift shop and upcoming musuem. Knowledgeable and friendly people work there including Tom who shared a lot of knowledge about the area with us. We will be back!

(July 31, 2019, 2:14 am)This Gem is a must see! We had no idea what we were heading for . So much beauty to see and enjoy! The gift shop was so cute with many items! Thanks Heather for your guided kindness around the gift shop! We all enjoyed the lighthouse! The most amazing part of this wee trip was Bill, he guided us with his knowledge and taught the kids so many things . Thanks so much Bill for your guided tour to the floor of the Bay! This is an experience that will never be forgotten!!

(July 10, 2019, 6:00 pm)Definitely one of my favourite lighthouses in NS! Second to Five Islands Lighthouse! The keeper is such a nice man and can provide a lot of history regarding the lighthouse and surrounding area!
