Everyone we interacted with from PurAir was warm, friendly and professional. They even phoned me the day before to remind me of my appointment (which I would have forgotten about otherwise.) PurAir did an amazing job with our HRV: the air in our house was noticeably fresher and had great energy after the cleaning was complete. We will be doing our annual cleanings with PurAir from now on and recommending them to everyone we know.
