also a conscientious marine scientist who loves this planets oceans. This firm has a HEART. When I asked this firm to take me on last minute in an emergency, they were there when I needed them. I cannot recommend any more of a reputable and conscientious accounting firm when it comes to tax time. Their knowledge I rely on heavily and would highly recommend them to anyone. -

(April 21, 2022, 5:43 pm)After moving from the UK to Nova Scotia in 2008 and having no experience in completing tax returns, we turned to Bluenose Accounting to complete our personal taxes. This was probably one of my best decisions that I have made. Whilst my taxes are not complicated, they are certainly complex with pension income from the UK for my wife and I combined with income whilst working in NS. After a few years, I started my own small consulting company and naturally engaged Bluenose Accounting to complete my business taxes as well. In 2018, we moved from NS to BC and moved my business at the same time. With well founded advice from Anthony and Keir, I was able to claim our moving expenses. This move incurred the curiosity of the CRA and an audit was started. On seeking the advice of Bluenose Accounting (who are always there for us), they dealt with the CRA on my behalf and no further action was needed.
It would only be right for me to say that we have have received exemplary service from Anthony, Keir and all of the Bluenose Accounting team, receiving prompt and accurate advice when needed. Needless to say that we have retained the services of Bluenose Accounting after moving to BC. We highly recommend Bluenose Accounting and will take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude. -
