(February 23, 2020, 1:30 am)I absolutely would recommend Meadow Ridge Estates and give it a 5-Star review for many reasons. If you like a sense of community (something sorely needed but increasingly hard to find today), some peace and quiet while maintaining the social aspect of life then this place could be for you. The development is like a separate world while maintaining the convenience of modern-day living with its proximity to amenities.
The process of building a new home, with its multitude of choices and decisions, can be somewhat daunting. But Joe Hanna of Quantum Developments does a fantastic job of making it seem easier. He does put his heart and soul into the build and turns out a beautiful product.
From the administrative side of things, Kurt Repchull and his team set up great corporate pricing with The Brick (we received the best deals I've ever seen for appliances). He was very knowledgeable about the market and available at a moment's notice for any questions about the process.
To sum up, if you're looking to downsize and make this your last stop, then you won't be disappointed making Meadow Ridge Estates the destination of your "forever" home. -

(July 4, 2018, 12:26 pm)Beautiful open space development in Upper Sackville. One level bungalow style homes are built and new ones under construction. Very pretty location with lots of wildflowers and wildlife.
