He took the time to listen to our vision for our new house build, worked with us on the challenges and gave us great advice along the way. He provided very prompt responses to our concerns and had the plans completed in the time promised. We definitely recommend Bruce to anyone looking at designing a home!

After a year of searching through countless web pages trying to find a specific layout with a rear foyer for my waterfront property I reached out to Bruce. I found him experienced, accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. In a short time he was able to create a preliminary design of what I envisioned based on the details and drawings provided. He really took the time to listen, make suggestions and help me through the process of designing a custom home from the footings up. I am confident that thought was put into every aspect from the cathedral ceiling and kitchen to the utility room. The plans he created have been instrumental in construction of my home regardless if I hire trades or do the work myself along with ordering trusses and windows. Bruce was really good at gleaning the information he needed from me to ensure my design was truly represented in the completed drawings while offering up a few great suggestions to solve issues or improve design. We asked for a less than common building system and utilities and and he happily incorporated them, researching as required. When I purchased an old school in Boutiliers point, I was going to develop into apartment units I called Bruce.
The time and effort it took to finalize the plan was a tremendous challenge for any professional home planner but Bruce took the challenge and worked relentlessly to make it work out for me.
It was a long battle but he never gave up , a 9 hour day just to make measurements and notes would have deterred anyone from continuing but Bruce kept going and a year later the job was finished and approved with 6 occupancy permits for all units.
I cant say enough of his skills, I am sure you will not be disappointed if you acquire his services. I give him a full 10 out of 10 for my experience.
