I'm a bit of a perfectionist and used to plan events for a living. For my wedding, I knew I wanted a day-of wedding coordinator to help execute all the little details I care so much about. Lots of people assume you can do this yourself or enlist a family member, but it's SO important to have a professional on your side to be your advocate - weddings can be stressful!! After considering a few local options, I chose Caitlin. She's insanely organized, incredibly personable and the perfect fit for anyone who values having time to enjoy their wedding day. I was able to hang with family and friends, have special moments with my husband, and dance-offs with my niece and nephew, instead of stressing about items that Caitlin had completely under control. Oh, on top of that she went above and beyond leading up to the event - sourced and picked up print materials, constructed an entire archway, transported flowers and signage (to name just a few). I would highly recommend Gray Weddings & Events. Best decision I ever made!

My daughter hired Caitlin Gray as the wedding planner for her wedding which ended up with 130 people attending it. The event was flawless due in large part to Caitlin's attention to detail; combined with the nicest personality and most incredible interpersonal skills that you could ask for in a stressful environment.

Caitlin is amazing! She went above and beyond for our wedding. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. Our original wedding date was set for 2020 but we rescheduled 4 times due to COVID (had our wedding May 2022). Caitlin was there the entire time even though we booked her as a month of coordinator and not a full-out planner. She made sure to stay in touch over those two years. She made sure we weren't worried and stayed exciting for our day to finally arrive.

She coordinated with our vendors and made sure everyone knew what to do and when. She made a super detailed day-of schedule that pretty much every vendor loved. I'm a details person so I knew I needed someone to take the stress off me on the wedding day. Caitlin was my girl. I knew I didn't have to worry with her around.

Not only is she great at her job, she's a lovely person. I am so happy we got to meet her. She has such a sunny disposition that you can't help but be excited when she's around.

When we first talked about hiring a day-of/month-of coordinator, we weren't sure if we wanted to add it to our budget. Knowing what we know now, Caitlin is worth every penny and then some. We cannot sing her praises enough. If we could give her more than 5/5 stars, we would. We would happy recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I would 100% recommend gray weddings / Caitlin for ANY event. Caitlin was instrumental to making our wedding day be a dream come true! She was able to plan 3 different weddings for us due to the pandemic and always had a positive attitude about any changes or uncertainty we came up against. We also were located in a different province from Caitlin and she was able to seamlessly include us in meetings and site visits etc! She made all our guests and family feel comfortable and confident the whole wedding weekend!

There are no words for her amazing magic that made our day one of the most special and memorable of our lives. We felt so cared for from day one.
