(August 26, 2022, 6:58 pm)After a 2 week vacation the the hottest part of the summer, I came home to find an expired Trash Panda in my GreenBin. Poor critter got in, but apparently couldn't get out. Or perhaps this was his place of choice to expire - where he was happiest - who knows? Regardless, I was left with his legacy - decay and stench! I had hoped his remains would be picked up by the Great Green Truck and scattered in Trash Panda Heaven, however he seemed pretty stuck on staying in my bin. So I called BinBuddys to the rescue! They scheduled me for a cleaning after my neighbourhood's scheduled GreenBin pick-up date. Which was another 2 weeks after the discovery. Expired Trash Panda was baking in my GreenBin for at least 4-5 weeks by this point. There was not much left of the poor critter - but what was left was firmly sticking to the bottom grate of my GreenBin. BinBuddys did their best to clean it, but after the first cleaning, there was still a smell of dead-animal-trapped-in-GreenBin, and fur stuck to the grate. I emailed Mike at BinBuddys to get his thoughts on the job. He felt they could do better, so he sent his team out again to give it another go. They did. And it smelled better the second time, but the fur was still stuck around the grate. Trash Panda was not ready to go - stuck in purgatory! Not wanting to be demanding or unreasonable, I emailed Mike again - he felt more work could be done on that grate to get it cleaner. He reassured me that it would get cleaned - even if it came down to using a toothbrush! Well, he was true to his word! I've got a spotless bin, grate and it doesn't smell like death! *** RIP Trash Panda! ***Thank you BinBuddys, and Mike!

They come by the day after my green bin is collected and give it a great cleaning. It actually smells good after their service! Highly recommend them. -

(June 23, 2021, 1:15 pm)If it had not been for the paper recycling bags they dropped on our door step, we would never have known that BIG DOG BIN CLEANING even existed. The booking process was fast, efficient and pleasant. Then, they showed up as advertised and went to work with no fuss. We were so impressed by the quality of their work, we immediately got two other neighbours to also use their services.
We are absolutely thrilled with the results. We think, our bins are even cleaner than they were when they were new. EXCELLENT job. Well done. Thank YOU.
