I started with Hole9Golf in the middle of my second golf season. Over 6 months of training, with Austin, I have been able to add 20+mph to my speed, gain consistency throughout my rounds and understand how to manipulate my shots.

With golf being a male dominate sport, I found I lacked confidence in my game and was insecure when playing with new people. The Hole9 team is supportive to everyone that comes into the studio and knowledgable in how to work with all limitations.

Not only do they have the best golf coaches, they also have the best fitness coach. Alex works with your golf coach to ensure you're hitting both your fitness and golf goals.

When you join Hole9Golf you instantly become a part of the family and will have every coach and client you meet cheering you on.

They are truly trying to change the game of golf.

Our eleven year old daughter has recently started training with Hole9Golf, and I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the experience we have had so far. Daylan and his team (shoutout in particular to Bobby and Alex) treat our daughter with so much respect and enthusiasm. Their genuine desire to help her develop her golf game is obvious in everything they do, from their follow up with homework and fitness advice to their excitement as she progresses. Their approach to developing her golf game is holistic, encompassing everything from the mechanics of her swing to advice for cross training in other activities in order to achieve optimal results. Most importantly, Daylan coaches with fun, kindness and patience, which leaves our young golfer motivated to improve after each session. I never thought our young multi sport athlete would be hooked on golfing, but she absolutely loves it. Hole9 was the best decision we have made, and we are excited for her to develop with this great team!

The pursuit of progress. Hole 9, lead by Daylan and Alex, is build on a foundation of coaching their players towards achieving meaningful milestones on the course. With modern Trackman simulators, you’ll see your improvements in real time.

This is the leading Atlantic Canadian facility for anyone interested in improving their game.

Went from not being able to hit a ball and shooting in the 110s, to now regularly scoring in the low-mid 80s all thanks to Daylan, Alex and their team!

What keeps me coming back to Hole9Golf is there approach to coaching, which is to build a swing thats suited to your abilities and limitations and improving on it from there. There also not the type of coaches to just give you one or a few lessons and move on from their clients. They delve deep into what the issues in your swing or golf game are, and then develop a plan to improve on those issues and develop your skillset

Beyond pleased with everything the team did for my golf game and very happy to be part of their community! If you haven’t already do yourself a favour and contact Hole9 to get set up with a coach!

This is a long review but it’s needed because you really can’t say enough good things about Hole9Golf!
While it’s clear Daylan, Alex and the whole Hole9 crew all work with extremely skilled athletes, as a beginner to golf and the gym I felt so welcomed, and learned more than I ever thought I would.
My first interaction with the Hole9 crew was through their FREE ladies clinic that they host through the whole summer. It’s refreshing to see an organization operated by men, working so hard to create opportunities for women to build their skills and feel comfortable and welcome in a male-dominated sport.
I also worked one-on-one with Daylan to improve my swing, and Alex to improve my strength and fitness.
Daylan made HUGE improvements to my golf swing while teaching me about all the different components of my swing, and improving my knowledge of the golf swing and game of golf in general.
With Alex, we worked to establish my fitness goals. I started out honestly terrified to even set foot in a gym out of fear of not knowing what I was doing or where to start. Alex worked to get me to a place where I felt confident to go into a gym on my own and know what to do when I got there.
They both set me up with systems that I could use outside of my time with them to practice everything I learned and continue to build on those skills. (This even includes video links to the guys actually doing the exercises in case you need a visual refresher of what you’re supposed to be doing)
They truly have something for every skill level and I can’t recommend them enough.
