Vaughn was assigned to my case...let me explain. I rented a townhome in Dartmouth and the landlord contacted Kirks Plumbing because my tankless on demand system was on the fritz. Vaughn contacted me via text to confirm the situation he was given 3rd hand.
The next day he arrived on time and was very professional in his explaining of the system and pointed out the root cause quickly.
I’m not sure of the final bill as I’m a tenant but if I was a consumer that believes in value for experience the rate would be worth it.
