I had never had osteopathy before so wasn't sure what to expect. After one treatment I had my husband going as well! Thank you to Kara for helping me improve my mental and physical health. The practitioners definitely have excellent knowledge about how the body works and I can count on feeling much better when I leave than when I arrived. Absolutely recommend Arbour Square Osteopathy.
