  Great customer service, would have been a 5 star except for minor measurement mistake, which was corrected quickly. I will be a repeat customer.

  I went to Indochino to purchase a suit a little over a month ago. I got my measurements taken, chose the customization options, and was on my way.
  Three weeks later I get my suit and while it was good quality, the fit was off. The jacket was a little too big, and the pants were 3 inches shorter than what they should have been. This suprised me since I had them measured by an employee rather than using my own measurements. In any case, I went back to the store and another worker was fortunate enough to help me correct the suit for free. I was told the jacket could be tailored in store, but the pants would have to be remade and sent to me.
  Another two weeks pass, and I go back to the store to get an update. The manager tells me there was a delay in tailoring, as they were left without a tailor on short notice. As for my pants, I end up finding out that no order was made for my second pair of pants. The manager said he would contact me over the phone to update me about what happened.
  After a couple days of silence, I go back to the store and low and behold the guy who tailored my clothing was the only one working. I can't remember his name at the moment but he was somewhat tall and thin, had light brown/dirty blonde hair that was slightly wavy and in a "more on top" hairstyle. He had a clean and trim beard, and spoke in a higher pitch voice. I told him about how my suit didn't fit well mainly to see if he remembered. Despite saying he remembered doing my fitting, he didn't even bother apologizing for his mistake. He wasn't even helpful, saying to wait until the manager called back instead of actually telling me what was going on. Even when I asked about some sort of compensation for the unnecessarily long wait time throughout this process, he doesn't even bother showing any compassion. Instead he gives me some sorry excuse about how they have only been opened for a month (it was over a month at this point) and they were still within their contract of 60 days. Be that as it may, this was still hugely inconvenient and something that wouldn't have happened at any other bespoke suit shop. Even if it did, they would have done something about it. I at very least deserved an apology from him, and I did not appreciate his cavalier attitude; he truly didn't seem to have cared. But I digress.
  I get a call from the store manager the next morning telling me that they didn't need to make new pants after all, and my suit would be ready by that afternoon.
  I went in, and surely enough my suit was ready. This time it fit much better and while my pants were slightly shorter than what I requested, I was still pleased with the final result. It was at this point the manager had apologized for the inconvenience of this process.
  In conclusion I think Indochino has amazing quality in the suits they offer at their price range. I am happy with the final product I got. The store has some work to do on their customer service (particularly with some undesirable employees), but I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt as they are a relatively new location. I would recommend going to them if you are looking for a custom suit. Perhaps just try to get another employee to do your fitting.
