(January 2, 2020, 11:27 am)Visited NS and hands down the best lobster rolls. The buns are actual English hot dog buns which are fluffy, tender and perfectly toasted. They offer a hot and cold version of lobster meat that is different from traditional cold lobster rolls. My family kept wanting to come back here for more! Their grilled cheese is also really good! Definitely the ultimate lobster roll and trust us, we tried A LOT. Not sure why the reviews are only average should be much higher.

(September 3, 2019, 6:17 pm)Big portions of lobster, well worth the price. Both the local and some fancy versions are delicious. Even their hot dogs are good! We got lobster rolls and hot dogs from here 3 days in a row!

I routinely come back for lunch and recommend to my friends and family frequently! If you are a fan of lobster this is a must-visit location. HIGHLY recommend The Local!

(September 26, 2018, 7:23 pm)I had the lobster grilled cheese at Dave’s, and enjoyed it! It was a nice little snack, but pretty small to be $17 after tax. Good amount of cheese + lobster inside though, and came with a bag of ‘covered bridge’ chips.
Seems to be a nice little boardwalk place, I came on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn’t busy and the service was quick.
