Evolve Fitness

Evolve provides tons of great information and support, a lighthearted-yet-serious approach to what they do and so much flexibility in how you can approach getting fitter with them. I live outside of Halifax, and really found their at-home workouts excellent. Got me back into the gym and less intimidated about not knowing what to do. Thanks guys!

10/10 Would recommend. Appropriate for all ages and abilities. I started going to Evolve after recovering from an injury. From Day 1, the trainers welcomed me and helped modify exercises so that I could participate as I recovered. They have always made me feel safe, both physically and mentally. Now, it’s 6 months later and I feel more healthy and fit than I have ever been! I’ve really enjoyed the Bootcamps, which are a 45min full-body circuit workout. I find they work well for me because I really don’t have to think about what to do at the gym; I can just come in, follow along, and get a quick and efficient workout. They’ve also helped a lot on the nutrition and lifestyle end of things. It hasn’t always been easy to find healthy and delicious meals that I can put together after a long day, but the Evolve nutrition guides have made it painless! They offer a ton of classes at a variety of times, which has helped me transform my old routine into a much healthier one. I’ve also convinced some friends and family to join with me, and they love being a part of this fantastic community as well! Come give the Evolve community a try, you won’t regret it!

Great classes and even better staff. A place where your size ability or level doesn’t matter. No judgement. A place where you are 100% supported from the time you walk in the door no matter what your fitness level is. I started at Evolve about 5 weeks ago. Having gone from doing zero exercise, I now LOVE going to bootcamp 3 times a week. The whole atmosphere is so welcoming. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I have never felt more comfortable at a gym than I do at Evolve. The trainers are absolutely amazing. I leave each class feeling so proud of myself for what I accomplished. Its amazing what one place can do for your self confidence. This is by far the best thing I have done for myself! My only regret is not joining sooner!!
