(April 28, 2019, 12:22 am)Friendly knowledgeable staff. This has been on my todo list for ever. Went in around 6.30 on a Friday and the place was fairly busy. The place is pretty small and they don't take reservations. I sat at the bar and ate there. For food the focus is on small plates with an Asian or Mexican vibe. Tried both the dumplings and chicken wings. Would recommend the dumplings. I let the bartender choose the drinks to go with the food and she didn't let me down. Food arrived promptly and the drinks I had were all interesting and delicious. I would go back

(April 24, 2019, 10:44 am)Very friendly. Good food. I was impressed when they gave me a little bit of beer on tap while I waited for the keg to be changed out for the beer that I wanted. I really recommend El Chino.

(April 2, 2019, 1:07 am)THE BEST MARGARITA! And the nachos are to die for. I love this hole in the wall red light feel - it reminds me of my home town and makes me feel comfortable. We came here after a way overpriced dinner and actually had a better meal and drinks. The staff are amazing at what they do and they actually share a bathroom with Robie St. Station. I cant wait to go back and try more of their menu and have another margarita.

(December 29, 2018, 1:07 am)One of my favourite spots in the city. It's hard to go wrong with any of the items on their menu (the nachos are #1!!), and all staff are very pleasant. Highly recommended.
