When my old tub got to the end of it's life they were very reasonable with helping me dispose of it and get me a new replacement. They are always quick to offer advice when needed. -

I was able to see the construction of the tubs ans had the opportunity to ask many questions in which Bill was very forthright in his answers. I felt a lot more comfortable about being a potential customer after the face-to-face discussion.
