  This was a beautiful spot. Stunning views and very warm and inviting. The hosts Eva and Tom made our trip. Incredible breakfasts, wonderful beds and so much charm. We can't wait to come back and visit them. Absolutely a must if staying in Halifax.

  Romantic getaway. Amazing and discrete hosts. The view, history of the establishment and area itself as well as the breakfast made this a memorable stay.

  My wife and I stayed here when we came home to Halifax for our wedding back in October. We got ready for the wedding and did our first look here as well. We never had a chance to write a review until now.
  
  Both Sarah and I can't say anything but great things about this place. The rooms and views are beautiful and the food was amazing. The lighting in here was great for our photos. Tom and Eva were so so so nice and very accommodating! We've recommended this B&B to everyone we know.

  A truly wonderful stay at Star of the Sea. This place isf just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures, and Eva and her mom were fantastic hosts - so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were wonderful and very filling, room was clean and the views were beautiful. Only a short drive from downtown Halifax this place is a perfect escape.
