Excellent customer service, helped me out several times with honest work and quotes and explained the "why" in terms I could understand in regards to the repair and shopped around for quality parts necessary to save me a bit of money. Can't put a price on that level of service.
Excellent service staff does the labour as in older days for service stations.
An having a mechanic is a valuable resource as well i figure appointments would be needed for mechanical issues.

Pros
All work is done well and they only fix what needs to be fixed. The mechanic and staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
Cons
You are paying for out of town prices and local convenience. I have taken my vehicles here for 5 years because we like to support local business but their prices are just way too high! A simple oil change and tire rotation is double anywhere in town.
