Through an event in Halifax, we met Samit Patel, with whom we worked for 1.5 years to find our dream home. We were very pleased to have an agent like him on our side. During the booking process, he explains what we need to consider and oversees every detail personally. The house he found for us matched our requirements when it came to home age, location, and aesthetics. When he said, "just wait, I'll get you a good deal," it actually happened.
