  Great hotel for overnights or early departures. Very isolated. Well maintained.

  Really nice and pleasant Hotel. I was welcomed with cookies on a table at the entrance door. The Front Desk Agent was very courteous and welcoming can't remember his name but whoever worked December 15 around 7pm you gave excellent service. Very patient. The Hotel has a restaurant which is situated right by the Front desk at the Ground level.A nice lobby with a ???? place. There's also a business center which I used, a gym which I also used and a pool (didn't use). The rooms have both a lil fridge and a microwave which was perfect for me. In the morning instead of the cookie stand, you have a coffee one. There's also a free airport shuttle. I definitely recommend this place

  Room is pretty nice. Maybe a bit dark with the lights. Has a fridge and microwave. Gym is fairly basic but has weights, benches and cardio machines. hotel is pretty isolated but has a restaurant downstairs. Close to the airport.

  Just not very accommodating. Flight attendant, myself and another hotel guest called for shuttle p/u. We were all told it would be there at 40 past the hour. Finally arrived 10 minutes late after waiting 40 minutes total, even though hotel is just 10 minutes away. Then, requested one hour late check out, as I had to wait for Yarmouth shuttle service (1:00 instead of noon). They could not accommodate, so here I sit in lobby writing this review.... Nice bed though.

  Great hotel with superb service. Very nice accommodations. The hotel restaurant is pretty great too, with discounts for flight crewmembers. The only downside is the location. It's pretty far from downtown Halifax and there's nothing in the area. It's not exactly close by the airport either, about a 10-15 minute shuttle ride (free service from the hotel).

The Hilton Garden Inn Halifax Airport is overall a great hotel to stay at if you don't want to have to go all the way to downtown. The free airport shuttle was an added bonus. The location is great about 5 minutes from airport/car rental return and this is why we opted to stay at the property.
