  Frequent business traveler, and I rent from all the majors. When I flew into Halifax late evening, they upgraded me to an SUV. Nice.
  When I returned the car, there was a significant up-charge for additional miles (I drove to Sydney and back). When I spoke to the manager, he was VERY helpful, found where the miscommunication was, and credited my bill for the difference. GREAT attention to customer service. I really appreciated the follow up and resolution. Will definitely rent there again.
  BTW-upcharge was reasonable, but unexpected per my original agreement. Good service and support. Nice selection of vehicles too.

  They will pick you up unless your rental breaks down. Ask about their policy.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Santa Fe vehicle was very roomy and comfortable. I did not like the transmission, it would occasionally shift gears and decelerate or accelerate when in the city. No idea what was going on but it was very annoying fortunately the acceleration/deceleration was minimal with little impact to the speed of the vehicle. Never had the problem on the major multi-lane highways.

  Very quick service at the counter. Good price. SUV was clean with low miles. Return was very quick. Customer service at counter and upon return was excellent.
