  Cool little spot hidden in the middle of a city. An inexpensive place to taje ghe family for a few hours without having to go too far. Great to walk through as a couple or with small kids. Older kids (10 and up) will likely be unimpressed. We took a 3 and a 5 year old and they loved seeing the animals and walking through the gardens. As adults we really liked going through the historic buildings. Since this place is a low key hidden spot, you can really take your time. There is a little restaurant and some local jams, etc for sale too. Bathroom on site near the restaurant.

  Beautiful little country farm, you can forget you are in the city while you are there. Wonderful staff!

  Such a great community space! My wife’s favourite local restaurant, our children love the animals and outdoor play space, we love the history and activities. And the staff are really friendly. We’ll join as members to support this great nonprofit heritage farm.

  My family and I love going to the farm. It’s a little gem. The food in the tea room is always fresh and delicious. The Atmosphere is quaint, it’s perfect.
  The garden is beautiful and some of the best pictures I’ve taken are at the farm. Staff is always friendly as well!!
