  Best park in Halifax. We go there to walk our dog. There are off-leash sections.

  Beautiful maintained walking trails and friendly people. Love the squirrel feeders.

  I have been coming to Shubie Park for over 30 years. It is a great place to camp, hike, walk, paddle, fly kites.... whatever you like. And, being minutes from downtown Halifax or Dartmouth makes it great for impromptu visits. Bring sunflower seeds in the winter and chickadees will literally land on your hand to eat them!
