The owner and his crew are extremely friendly and even if something comes their way that they haven't seen before they will always put in the effort to get it done. The response comments they make here are not lying to you either, they seriously will cut their own profits to make sure you are as happy as you can be. If you aren't satisfied it's likely an issue on your own end and not theirs such as poor communication or lack of knowledge towards your issue, and lashing out towards whoever you can attempt to hold accountable. They're probably one of the, if not THE best tech shop in Nova Scotia and with how things are currently going for them i can't see that changing anytime soon.
Just remember, if you have questions ask them you will get answers, If you want something done, understand what needs to be done and put that information to them. The only person who can cheat you in techmania is yourself, not them. -

(March 6, 2019, 12:35 pm)Staff has moderate computer knowledge but offer friendly, helpful service. Good prices for local parts. Website is not so friendly - Call before making the trip to see if the part is there - Website is not always correct.
