Diane was fantastic to work with, she was great to talk with and responded quickly to emails and phone calls.
We live out of province and bought a property in Dartmouth to rent out full time, this resulted in several odd scenarios that came up as we went through the process of finding insurance, but she worked through it all and found us great rates.
When the property was no longer vacant, she had already gone ahead with the paperwork to change the status before I had a chance to contact her.

Holly the "old belligerent Scotsman" was the owner of the business. His name is Eric and I know for a fact that he is not only courteous he is professional and would not raise his voice or lower himself to debase anyone. I have had my insurance with this company for almost 20 years and I have not one complaint. Therefore, I have to assume that you Holly are the one that is belligerent and aggressive from the tone of your review. Being a mother and woman does not excuse you from having good manners and respecting those that may be older than you. You would have gained from knowing the people at AFC particularly Diane and Eric. When your child is a little older perhaps you could take him/her to their company to learn some manners as I am sure you do not have the needed skills to impart the requisite social graces.

I Have been dealing with this broker for the last 16 years. Diane and Eric are wonderful people.
