  Reliable Parts very clean, has what you are looking for in parts, staff very helpful but should have more staff to assist customers especially on the weekend, but still very happy.

  Christmas Eve 2018 and I went in for a part for my Samsung stove as it failed and I wasn't able to cook turkey dinner.
  
  So, over to "Reliable Parts" I go and deal with Rick at the parts counter initially who went out of his way to try and find me the part I needed. Because of the way the parts were listed with Samsung the part couldn't be found and I ended up back over the bridge without the piece. Before I left I spoke to John who manages the Dartmouth location and he said he would look into it. I thought that was a nice gesture and I'd probably get the part in the new year if I was lucky.
  
  Within a half an hour John had called me back on my cell phone saying that he had the part after doing some research and found a match. Back over the bridge I went to get the part.
  
  Here's the catch. These guys shut down at 3 p.m. Christmas Eve. John stayed there until 4 in order to find me this part because he knew that I needed it to cook the family turkey dinner.
  
  Now that is customer service in my view! First time I've dealt with these guys and I have to say that their staff is second to none. It is disappointing that we have to get parts for these "disposable appliances" that we buy today but I am glad there is a place like Reliable Parts in Burnside that has staff like Rick and John looking out for us when we need them!
  
  They were under no obligation to do what they did - but did it anyway. Merry Christmas to all of them!

  I told the fellow what I needed and showed him the broken part, he got me the replacement kit without even looking up the model number. Referenced it to be sure but How Awesome is That. Well Done!

  The staff member that helped me took one look at the bottom element on my flat top stove and came right back with an exact match. Impressed.

  I needed a part for my leaking dishwasher. I was having a hard time to get at the leaking part, and I didn't know how to remove it. I was able to snap a few pictures on my phone. They were able to diagnose the problem part. They sold me the new piece. By looking at the new part, I could figure out how to remove the faulty one. All fixed up now! Thanks!
