(May 28, 2019, 11:15 am)Last year after the run around from other dealers trying to repair a 4 yr. old Lawn Boy mover (3 weeks) they had it fixed and back to me in 4 days.
Last week the handle broke, they came through again. I couldn't be happier with their service. They know what service means, great staff. -

(April 11, 2019, 5:12 pm)Bought my Stihl chainsaw here a year ago, had a couple issues with a leaky carb (not covered under warranty apparently). Eastern Turf said they'd fix it at their own expense. They went above and beyond with their service and I couldn'tbe happier. There's a reason I skip the other nearby Stihl dealers and drive out to Eastern Turf. Superb service every time. Thanks!

Parts here are a little more expensive than big box but they handle and stock genuine name brand replacements. Generally you get what you pay for. -
