(April 15, 2022, 5:54 pm)Our initial satisfaction with the painting portion of the job and the response given from staff to that dissatisfaction could have been better, but Jamie reached out unexpectedly after seeing our negative review and truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The end result is great and was finished up quickly, and on a long weekend no less. Thank you for making things right without prompting! That’s the kind of customer support that wins people to your company, hands down. Leland and Mitch were a pleasure to work with and they did great work.

(January 17, 2022, 4:54 pm)Hunter and his crew were very professional and accommodating. Hunter came for the initial inspection and we booked a timing to complete the work. At the last minute I had to reschedule. They accommodated this without issue.
The crew arrived and carried out the cleanup quickly and with no disruption to the house. They returned about a week later to complete required repairs and respray.
I'm an extremely happy with the crew and work completed by Restoration Mate and would highly recommend them. Thanks for a job well done -

Very well priced and the job was completed very well. You can’t even tell there was a leak in the apartments. They made arrangements with the other company’s that were need to complete the job. Hunter was great to work with.

Their workers are punctual, friendly and do fantastic work. Special thanks to Hunter and Justin for their prompt response times and patience throughout this process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs restoration services in the area.

(October 10, 2021, 12:14 pm)My family had this team in a few weeks ago. We had someone come in the same day, and I believe we had the estimate in that night. Work was started and completed just a few days later. I asked for some extra sheets of plastic to be put up to protect parts of the home and they were really gracious about my concerns. The work was clean, extremely thorough and done in one day. Everyone worked extremely hard. Everyone I was in contact with was helpful, and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. My experience with this company was excellent and I recommend them highly. I even had a report at the end that documented the mold moving forward so we could decide on next steps.
