(October 15, 2020, 5:03 pm)We had PNL communications install Eastlink EERO system into our home. The installation went flawless. The PNL team was on time, courteous and attentive to our questions. They performed the install with little to no disruption to our home. The EERO system was up and running within an hour. The technicians also gave us a thorough yet easy to understand training on the EERO functionality. We were very pleased with the service we received. In today's day and age, where customer service is a lost art form, we appreciated the team at PNL and their ability to live up to their already high reputation in the industry. Thank you PNL!

Everyone is extremely friendly and they all go above and beyond to ensure every customer is extremely satisfied. They go out of their way to give each and every customer the “VIP or 5 star” treatment and nothing less. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!!!

(January 20, 2014, 3:11 pm)I recently had to place a service call with PNL regarding some work I wanted done with our renovations. I contacted them via their online service request form and was called shortly thereafter. We arranged a time for their sales guy Chris to come out to assess what we wanted done, and had their technician on site the next day. Their technician (Dale, I think) was there right on time as scheduled, and it was obvious the pride he takes in his craft as the final result was very organized and professional. The process was seamless and I would recommend the guys at PNL to anyone.
