  I've come to know Jenny, one of the owners of OnSide, in the last year. She is smart, energetic, and totally dedicated to helping people reach their performance and wellness goals. Spending time with her makes me realize why there is so much buzz and excitement around OnSide. It seems like a fun and supportive place to work out and I look forward to checking it out soon.

  The team at Onside have been amazing! Nathan and Jenny are very welcoming to new people! Nathan has been very helpful with technique and modifications for me. I have a shoulder injury and he had no problem scaling the workout for me and offering advice on technique. Overall, a great facility to train and feel like part of a family!

  I dropped in for a couple classes while I was in town. The owners Nathan and Jenny are great. Very welcoming and they have a sweet dog. And I was able to work out with Nathan, which was humbling. The gym is in a quiet business park. Easy to run around and do other fun stuff outside. The other members are so friendly, too. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
