  Phenomenal customer service when looking for a vehicle. Very attentive to details to make sure you get exactly what you need in a vehicle and for the price you can safely afford to help reestablish credit. Unfortunately the vehicle that we worked together to find for me wasnt the vehicle we were provided. Within minutes of driving the vehicle I knew something was wrong with the backend. It ending up being pretty major and expensive. Which Alex was very apologetic and covered all expenses. There was also a concern with a tire package promised with the purchase of the vehicle as well as the specs listed back up camera as a feature which the vehicle was not equipped with. Alex has since stopped all communication with me. He has not responded to an email regarding the tires since approximately May 11th. I have since found out from a local dealership the camera cannot be factory installed Alex has not responded explaining what will happen next. All communication has ceased. All I'm asking is for what was promised to me as part of the purchase of the vehicle and some email correspondence at this point a call wont work I want copies of all communication.

  Absolutely phenomenal costumer service, extremely friendly staff and willingness to do anything in order to get you in a vehicle that suits you and your budget. Made my first car buying experience a breeze and was truly enjoyable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
