Couldn't have had a more positive experience. Granted I picked a time when there was no wait because of the rotten weather outside. First I was very pleasantly received and helped at reception. Then met the most positive, pleasant doctor. Dr. Rizk was efficient, did a careful exam and solved my problem within minutes, all with the most wonderful attitude. Such a pleasure, I walked out on cloud nine.
I arrived walk-in clinic around 4pm. Didn't need to wait. Receptionist is friendly. Dr. Lisa Deerman（if i remember correctly）is also very nice. I read reviews before I went there which made me nervous but I had a good experience
Very surprised to see all of the negative reviews here, as my experience was anything but negative.
Visited the clinic for a persistent ear ache over the past few days. Arrived at 8:30 am and waited for about ~40 minutes to see the doctor (reasonable, in my opinion). I would recommend arriving as early as possible because it seems to fill up by ~9:00 am.
The folks at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly, especially with my extra paperwork as a non-Canadian resident. The doctor was also quite helpful, clear, and friendly. I did not feel rushed or pressured to leave in any way. She was thorough in her examination and explained her reasoning for my diagnosis.
Overall, very happy with my visit. I would return without question if other issues arrive I and don't yet have a family doctor.
