  Great gym, I love to work out now! The classes are coached by great people who encourage you and support you in the your fitness journey. Upbeat music and the classes go by so fast.

  Evolve is the best gym I’ve ever attended! Before joining Evolve I would join a gym and be so intimidated that I would never go, or go put in 30min in the treadmill and then leave without speaking to anyone. The Evolve bootcamp community (staff and clients) are so supportive. You are on a first name basis with the trainers and they get to know you so well that they know how to push you to really achieve results. Nutrition advice, goal setting, accountability and trainers who really want to see you succeed! You don’t get that at other gyms! The Bedford location has lots of convenient class times, the facilities are brand new, bright and open with the most amazing windows! The location is so convenient for me to go on my way home! If you are looking to improve your fitness and feel like you belong at the gym, Evolve is the place!

  Small boot camp workouts with lots of state of the art equipment. Great for all fitness levels. The 45 minute classes fly by and I have seen Incredible results. The coaches offer constant feedback and motivation keeping the workouts fun , challenging and successful. Lots of nutrition information and support from everyone. Give them a try you will be very impressed as they are unlike any other gym in the province.

  I’ve been a member at Evolve Bedford since late last year. I started with one of their challenges and have seen amazing results. Mitch and Matt and Jen are experienced and well educated trainers who will help you every step of the way. Their focus on nutrition and making the gym environment fun and inviting sets them apart from typical gyms. Their bootcamps are amazing full body workouts that challenge any age group and fitness level. I highly recommend this place, strong possibility they are extending my life and they can do the same for you!
