(December 4, 2022, 7:37 pm)Second time in a month using this service and, if you have junk to remove, these guys are the best. The two guys who showed up were jovial, polite, and very friendly. They gave the estimate, I accepted it as extremely fair, and off they went to rid me of years of accumulated junk. They were done in a matter of minutes.
I definitely recommend them and I will use again should the occasion arise.

Our window was originally 8-10am, however I received a call right around 8am saying that they were waiting on the first call of the day to arrive at the site they were doing removal and it may be closer to 9/9:30. Shortly after 9, another call saying that it took a bit longer than expected and they were on their way to the dump and would arrive in a little over an hour. I really appreciated the updates and having them call to check in with updates time frames.
We had called them to remove an oversized 18 cubic foot freezer from the 70s that had died, in a basement with a tricky set of stairs. We thought it wasn’t going to be able to ever get out of the house, but the guys trouble shooted the situation and removed the railing. We had some very minor damage to drywall, floor trim and a hinge that came off a cupboard door, which they took responsibility for and were honest every step of the way. We had a feeling going into this there would be some damage but were unsure of how much and it was a lot less than we a anticipated!
In the end, the freezer was removed and we are incredibly happy to be rid of it!
Very kind, honest and we really appreciated the trouble shooting in the moment. Would highly recommend and will keep them in mind for the next removal we need if ever in the future!
