(December 3, 2019, 6:40 pm)For pumping out a septic they were very good and prompt. Not so much for inspections. Asked for an inspection and pump out when I bought a property in 2017 but they informed me upon arrival they could not do a proper inspection. Two years later, 2019, I asked them for just a pump out due to selling the property and they informed me of two things wrong with the system that I needed to fix! I don't want to sound negative so I would definitely use them again for a pump out, but I would be cautious of asking for an inspection.
