(August 12, 2021, 3:46 pm)Another continuing effort to preserve and celebrate the historic locks along the canal. This park, while tiny, is a thoughtfully developed destination, with a wharf for prospective waders, a series of small paths along and around the lock's bygone greatness, and perhaps best of all, a pedestrian bridge, which serves as the only link between the communities of Fletcher Drive and Lockview. Kudos to the Canal Commission for building yet another beautiful spot.

Small dock to dip your feet in the water. Two bridges, the kids enjoyed throwing rocks in the water.
Trail was well used by casual strollers, joggers and dog walkers. Two garbage cans on either end of the trail entry's.
River is bordered by private home owners and by the amount of no trespassing signs we saw they do not entertain anyone leaving the trails. -

(March 11, 2021, 1:18 am)It was great and beautiful.. A little hard to find.. Its just on Fletcher rd.. The lil patch the fourth lock is on is called McNabb's Walk Bridge.. Beautiful there though..
